I’m a CDO at Temy, with more than 10 years of experience in the UX/UI design field. My knowledge includes product management, design strategy, usability engineering, product design information architecture. At Temy I'm leading the work to achieve business goals and identify critical touch-points where design office solutions are packaged under a service. As a designer I plan and conduct exploratory user research and usability tests and transform them in effective concepts to communicate detailed interaction behaviours and key scenarios that drive substantive changes to the product experience. Turn concepts into high fidelity wireframes and clickable prototypes to gather feedbacks. Create user interface designs that provide the best interactions and align with business goals. Facilitate workshops to establish experiential requirements and potential solutions to solve the identified problems.

As a designer with more than 7 years of experience in the design, I pay great attention to UX research and product design.Each project is unique and requires a strong understanding of the end product. My role is to recognize and deliver the greatest experience into daily IoT products in terms of design, logic, and usability to make end-users satisfied with the product.

  I’m Andriyana and I’m the kind of person who asks every day myself the same question «What does It mean to be a good designer?». And more I gain experience, the more I extend this list of answers. The first one is to see the surrounding environment under a different edge, that can be ignored by people in their dynamic life. The second is to find the design as a reflection of empathy. Not only in terms of HealthCare area. It’s everywhere in fact. Last, UI/UX designers must be researchers first, and only after designers themselves.
